On 24 September 2026, the WG1: BOA Cluster Collaboration and Cluster Brand Development Working Group meeting was held. The meeting focused on areas of work aimed at strengthening the BOA Cluster’s shared identity, enhancing collaboration among members, and developing the cluster brand.
Led by Cluster Coordinator Prof. Dr. Semih Bilgen, the meeting brought together BOA members at the Prof. R. Nejat Tuncay Conference Hall, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Istanbul Okan University Tuzla Campus.
The meeting addressed efforts to strengthen the institutional capacity of the BOA Cluster, enhance collaboration among members, and increase the visibility of the shared cluster brand at both national and international levels. Priority areas were identified, and concrete steps and strategic actions were discussed.
Participating members shared their views and recommendations on developing the BOA Cluster’s shared value proposition, strengthening the cluster brand, enhancing communication activities, and developing practices that support collaboration among members.
