TUBITAK 1512 Techno-Initiative Capital BIGG Green Growth Call has begun to accept business idea applications that serve Green Growth and will be transformed into innovation-oriented products and services whose commercial value is verified in the fields of R&D and innovation.

Within the scope of the call; subjects such as Sustainable Intelligent Transportation, Climate Change, Environment and Biodiversity, Clean and Circular Economy, Clean Accessible and Safe Energy, Green and
Sustainable Agriculture, and Sustainable Agriculture from Farm to Fork will be supported up to 200 thousand Turkish Lira.

With the BIGG-STEP Programme and the OPINA Project, Istanbul Okan University will support entrepreneurs working in the field of Sustainable Intelligent Transportation with the advantages of establishing networks and international partnerships such as ERTICO – ITS Europe, 2Zero (Towards Zero- Emission Road Transport – The European Green Vehicles Initiative Association), CCAM Association, and BEPA – Batteries European Partnership Association. In addition, with the advantage of the OPINA Project, entrepreneurs will also be able to benefit from office facilities, free training, mentorships and consultancy, and the use of pre-prototype laboratory infrastructure.
The application deadline for Green Growth is 27 October 2021.

Who Can Apply?

– Students enrolled in any associate, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programmes.
– Graduates from any associate, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programmes, and those who meet the conditions stated below.

Conditions for Graduates!

– Not having previously received support within the scope of the Ministry of Industry and Technology Techno-Initiative Capital Support or the 2nd phase of the TUBITAK 1512 Programme,
– Not being involved in the partnership structure of any business as of the preliminary application date.
