On 25 September 2026, the WG3: Connected and Autonomous Vehicles Value Chain Model Development Working Group held its kick-off meeting online. The meeting focused on assessing the current structure of the connected and autonomous vehicles ecosystem and identifying areas for developing collaboration opportunities across the value chain.
Led by Working Group Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selim Dündar, the online meeting brought together BOA members and sector stakeholders.
Designed not only as an information session but also with a strong focus on the working group’s action plan, the meeting included an update on the BOA Value Chain Map, which is being developed to make members’ roles, capabilities, and infrastructure within the ecosystem more visible. The data collection process to be carried out through the member portal was also discussed, along with national and international ecosystem collaboration models, monitoring of funding calls, and opportunities for developing joint projects and consortia. The working group’s objectives for the 2026–2027 period and the roadmap for the upcoming period were also addressed.
Participating members shared their views and recommendations regarding their organizations’ positions within the value chain, infrastructure and expertise they can contribute, and expectations for joint projects.
We thank all our members and stakeholders for their participation and valuable contributions.
