Membership to the OPINA Platform is free for non-profit organizations. 2025 OPINA Platform membership fee for OPINA Cluster members who are public or commercial organizations is 100.000TL/yr. Platform membership fee invoice will be sent to your address at the end of the one month free trial period, and upon your payment, the platform will be available for your access according to your membership category.
