Significant technical examinations were conducted at the Aldenhoven Testing Center in Germany as part of efforts to strengthen Türkiye’s Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) testing and validation infrastructure. 🌐
With the participation of Deputy Ministers of Transport and Infrastructure Mr. Enver İskurt and Mr. Osman Boyraz, a delegation consisting of representatives from the Strategy Development Department of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, UDHAM, KGM, TÜRKSAT, ULAK and academics from Istanbul Okan University carried out on-site examinations of advanced testing scenarios, simulation environments, and certification processes for the connected and autonomous vehicle ecosystem.
Within the scope of feasibility studies for the planned ITS Test Center in Türkiye, international testing infrastructures and best practices were evaluated through comprehensive technical assessments.
